Systems measured, never people.
Every reading ever opened against the Selione standard: the system, the mode, when it opened and closed, whether it is publishable, its guarantee in one sentence, and its signed report. Nothing in this register can be searched by person, because nothing in it is about a person. A reading publishes nothing under 30 judged items — not a number with a caveat, no number.
Protocols of the Register
Evaluations organisations registered before any result existed and ran with their own judges — third parties, or the people the answers were about. Each has a signed report and lines in the public log. Nothing is published under the floor.

Verifying a report without us
Remove `signature`, sort every object's keys at every depth, serialise as compact JSON (no spaces), and verify the Ed25519 signature of that UTF-8 string against `signature.key` (SPKI, base64). Any Ed25519 implementation will do; no call to Selione is needed. Or let your browser do it: verify a report.
